The first quarter falls at 16:12 UTC on Sunday, at twenty five degrees of Capricorn, and one minute later the Moon goes void of course. That is not a coincidence. A quarter is a square between the two lights, and this particular square is the last aspect she makes in the sign, so the phase and the void open together.
She enters Aquarius at 01:41 UTC Monday and holds it until Wednesday lunchtime. A short void follows, under four hours, opening at 08:42 UTC Wednesday on a trine to the Sun, and she crosses into Pisces at 12:36. Two of the week’s three voids are opened by the Sun rather than by a planet, which is unusual arithmetic for seven days.
Friday carries the week’s weight. A void opens at 03:31 UTC, the Sun leaves Libra for Scorpio at 09:39, and the Moon enters Aries at 19:54. Then on Saturday at about seven in the morning UTC, Mercury stops at twenty degrees of Scorpio and turns backward. Venus has been retrograde in the same sign since the third and is down to its first degree.
Capricorn is the Moon’s detriment. Aquarius, Pisces and Aries give her nothing whatever. That makes two weeks running in which she passes through seven days without holding a single dignity anywhere. Firmicus Maternus, in fourth century Rome, treats a planet’s placement as a thing that always counts for it or against it, never as neutral ground. By that reckoning she spends another week being counted against.
The week’s ingresses
Sunday void in Capricorn, 16:13 UTC
Monday into Aquarius, 01:41 UTC
Wednesday void in Aquarius, 08:42 UTC
Wednesday into Pisces, 12:36 UTC
Friday void in Pisces, 03:31 UTC
Friday into Aries, 19:54 UTC

I almost threw this away.

I know how it sounds:

- A secret recording.
- An accountant who broke an oath.
- Results without meditation or effort.

I would have closed the tab too.

Then I pressed play.

And within 30 seconds, something happened in my chest that I couldn’t explain.

This isn’t a guided meditation.

Nobody tells you to "breathe deeply" or "open your chakras."

You press play.
You close your eyes.

And something happens in your chest within 30 seconds.

Goosebumps.
A wave of calm.
A physical response that has nothing to do with belief.

The man who shared this says the biggest skeptics in his circle had the strongest reactions.
I was one of them.

P.S. The man who shared this is a retired accountant from Ohio.
No course. No coaching program.
It's a single audio track.
You press play and close your eyes. That's the whole thing.

Aries
Friday evening she arrives and she is still here when the week closes. Aries belongs to Mars, who is away in Leo, and it currently holds Saturn, retrograde in his own fall and losing about four minutes of arc a day. The Moon owns nothing in the sign either, so neither body standing in it has any claim on it.
Taurus
Her exaltation, and she misses it by a day. The Moon crosses into Taurus at 23:35 UTC on Sunday the twenty fifth, at the end of a void lasting thirty six minutes, and the full Moon follows there on the twenty sixth at two degrees. Everything Taurus has this month happens just outside these seven days.
Gemini
The sign’s ruler stops this week. Mercury reaches twenty degrees of Scorpio and turns backward at about 07:00 UTC Saturday, the second station in a month after Venus on the third. The Moon does not enter Gemini until the twenty eighth of October, so Gemini’s whole part in these days belongs to Mercury, standing still in somebody else’s sign.
Cancer
Three weeks and counting. Cancer is the Moon’s domicile, the one sign she rules outright, and she left it on the fourth of October. She does not return until the thirtieth. That absence is the reason this week and the last one give her nothing. The only sign that would has not come round again.
Leo
Mars and Jupiter both hold Leo throughout, Mars moving from eleven degrees to fourteen and Jupiter from twenty two to twenty three. Neither of them goes anywhere this week. The Sun, who owns the sign, crosses out of Libra into Scorpio at 09:39 UTC Friday. The Moon left Leo on the seventh and stays away.
Virgo
Nothing enters it and nothing leaves. Mercury, who rules Virgo, spends the week in Scorpio and stations retrograde there on Saturday, which begins walking him back toward the sign over the weeks that follow. The Moon last stood in Virgo on the eighth and ninth of October and does not return to it before November.
Libra
The Sun finishes here. He runs from twenty four degrees of Libra on Sunday to the end of the sign and crosses into Scorpio at 09:39 UTC Friday. Venus, who owns Libra, is retrograde in Scorpio and backing toward it, re-entering on the twenty fifth. The Moon passed through Libra on the ninth and tenth.
Scorpio
Everything is happening here and the Moon is nowhere near it. Mercury turns retrograde at twenty degrees on Saturday, Venus is retrograde and down to the first degree of the sign, and the Sun arrives on Friday morning. Scorpio is the Moon’s fall. She left it on the fourteenth and does not come back inside this month.
Sagittarius
Two days before this issue opens she was here. The Moon left Sagittarius at 12:58 UTC on Friday the sixteenth and does not return in October. Jupiter, who rules the sign, spends the week in Leo at twenty two and twenty three degrees, gaining about a degree across the seven days.
Capricorn
Sunday belongs to the sign and then it is over. The Moon stands at seventeen degrees of Capricorn when the week opens, takes her first quarter there at 16:12 UTC at twenty five degrees, and goes void one minute after. She leaves at 01:41 UTC Monday. Capricorn is her detriment, the sign opposite the one she rules.
Aquarius
Monday to Wednesday lunchtime, and she holds nothing in it. Aquarius is Saturn’s other house, and Saturn is in Aries. Her north node sits at twenty eight degrees of the sign all week, drifting backward. A short void closes her stay, opening at 08:42 UTC Wednesday on a trine to the Sun and lasting under four hours.
Pisces
She crosses in at 12:36 UTC Wednesday and leaves at 19:54 Friday. Jupiter owns Pisces and is in Leo. Venus is exalted here and is retrograde in Scorpio, down to its first degree. The Moon holds nothing of her own in the sign. A void opens at 03:31 UTC Friday and runs most of the day before she goes.
